This service provides you with comprehensive remote IT support, and shares several of the features of our all-inclusive package. In those circumstances, when we cannot remotely access your network, we can make onsite visits at a reduced hourly rate. You will be guaranteed a response time frame of 24hrs from our remote support helpdesk, and like our all-inclusive packages, you can opt for a 6 or 12-month contract with a regular, fixed subscription payment.
